5 Rules for Home Sellers...

1. If you want top-dollar... you have to look top-dollar.  So YES you do need to clean up your house and yard.
 
2. LESS IS MORE... hide and/or store anything you can live without.  This includes chairs, couches, kitchen appliances, etc.
 
3. You MUST LEAVE your home when there is a showing.  You will make the buyers feel uncomfortable and they don't want to hear about all your DIY projects.  GET OUT!
 
4. Blast your air conditioner in the summer and make your home nice and cozy in the winter. TRUST ME... buyers notice and will leave if your home is too hot/cold.
 
5. Selling your home is NOT FUN and is and expensive endeavor.  Make sure to hire a broker that can eliminate issues before they happen to make the process as low stress as possible.
